Responsibilities
1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat. 2. Providing timely and accurate updates on shipment status, tracking, and delivery. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner. 4. Addressing customer concerns about billing, pricing, and services. 5. Coordinating with internal teams (operations, sales, etc.) to resolve customer issues. 6. Proactively communicating with customers about potential delays or issues. 7. Offering solutions and alternatives to meet customer needs and expectations. 8. Processing customer requests, such as pickup scheduling and shipment changes. 9. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 10. Identifying and escalating recurring issues or customer feedback to improve processes.
Requirements & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent - 1-2 years of customer service experience - Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications(Ms,Excel) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work under pressure
