Responsibilities
Content Creation: - Create high-quality, engaging, and shareable content, including images, videos, graphics, and written posts. - Reach out and collaborate with influencers and other content creators to produce promotional content and advertisements. - Develop content calendars and plan campaigns to align with marketing goals. - Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional materials and advertisements. - Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and innovative. Social Media Management: - Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. - Manage and oversee social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). - Schedule and publish posts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone. - Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role. - Strong portfolio showcasing creative content and successful social media campaigns. - Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to create visually appealing graphics and videos using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). - Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices. - Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred (but not required)
