Responsibilities
• Handle incoming walk-in customers, phone calls, appointments and messages. • Address customer’ needs and concerns efficiently and effectively to turn unhappy customers into return guests. • Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention. • Promote and up-sell products, services and packages to maximize sales opportunities where necessary. • Provide reports on sales, effectiveness of promotions, customers, product and service launches as well as store activities and trends. • Deliver product knowledge to customers through effective communication to increase consumer understanding and product sales. • Write letters, proposals and other documentations, as well as distribute email, letters, and forms • Maintain inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed inventory, placing request for production and expediating orders for customers • Prepare and deliver presentation to clients on behalf of the business, etc.
Requirements & Skills
• Excellent planning skills • Superb written and verbal communication skills • Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability • Aptitude for learning new software and systems • Knowledge of best practices in office management systems and procedures • Proficiency in MS Suite software • Problem solving ability • Ability to take initiative • Business and financial awareness • Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures • Patience and good customer relations.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
• Above all things, must be honest and transparent. • Preferably diploma or degree holder. • Completed from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. • Committed to following procedures and processes to ensure quality without cutting corners. • Ability to communicate and relate successfully with clients and co-workers • Ability to listen • Ability to communication in writing and in person, and to build rapport and develop effective relationship with others • Ability to negotiate and occasionally play the role of deal maker • A positive mental attitude, commitment to customer service and act as an ambassador of Green Space. • Willingness to travel as needed and to work on weekends and occasionally in the evenings • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Prior experience in customer relations, customer service, or a related field in an advantage
