- Schedule employee shifts, allocate jobs, and manage staff welfare and training - Conduct staff meetings and handle resourcing and interviewing - Manage stock, take inventory, and oversee restocking - Handle cash management, including cash collection and banking - Engage with customers and manage social media publications - Execute marketing promotions and distribute flyers - Select, compile, and install movies - Ensure the premises are clean and presentable at all times - Generate ideas to drive company growth and expansion

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or a related field - Demonstrated ability to adhere to company values - Strong communication and excellent customer service skills - Effective problem-solving and time management abilities - Proven team management skills and the ability to motivate staff - Knowledge of sales and marketing - Leadership skills with a focus on maintaining a positive customer experience

- HND, diploma, or equivalent degree in Hospitality, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field - Ideal candidate should be between 26 to 32 years old, with a background in business administration or related fields - Preference may be given to male candidates due to long working hours
