Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with maritime clients, establishing and nurturing positive customer relations. Handle inquiries, quotations, contract negotiations, and other tasks related to maritime agency services. Coordinate cargo loading, tracking, and tracing throughout the shipping process to ensure safe and timely delivery. Address issues and complaints arising during the shipping process, promptly resolving customer queries and needs. Gather market intelligence, conduct competitor analysis, and propose marketing strategies.
Requirements & Skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills are essential. Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills are required. Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office is necessary. Preference will be given to Ghanaian nationals.
