• Listen attentively to customer needs and offer informed recommendations on suitable products. • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with customers to enrich their shopping experience. • Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently and courteously. • Develop an in-depth understanding of available agro-inputs, including seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and related items. • Educate customers on product attributes, advantages, and application techniques. • Proactively promote and achieve sales targets through effective product promotion. • Ensure visually appealing product displays to attract and engage customers effectively. • Monitor inventory levels and promptly communicate restocking needs to management. • Accurately process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system. • Maintain meticulous sales records, including invoices, receipts, and customer data. • Assist in inventory management tasks, encompassing stock counts and reconciliation.

-Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the agricultural or agro input sector. -Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. -Knowledge of agricultural products and farming practices is highly desirable. -Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. -Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. -Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. -Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours during peak seasons.

High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional education in agriculture or related field is a plus.
