Lash Technician Needed

Lash Stylist/ Lash Technician will have a consultation with the clients and choose the best option for a client based on the client's needs and wants. • Perform excellent service and customer service. • Recommend products to help clients maintain their lashes. • Follow up with clients on their experience and resolve any concerns related to their lashes. • Follow guidelines on sanitation and cleanliness. • Work with a team to learn and grow. •Abilty to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Have experience with classic, hybrid and volume lash extensions • Have 100% accuracy with lash isolation (clumping is never acceptable) •Some experience in brow sculpting and tinting - but not a requirement • Be patient and never passive aggressive with clients • Not be running your own home beauty business or eyelash extension business •A customer service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients and coworkers •A professional appearance at all times • Must be fluent in English and any other local Ghanaian language(s)
