Maintaining a clean and organized work environment. 6. Meeting production targets and deadlines. 7. Collaborating with team members to achieve goals. 8. Performing routine maintenance tasks on equipment. 9. Reporting defects or issues to supervisors. 10. Following instructions and guidelines from supervisors. 11. Working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. 12. Lifting, carrying, and moving materials and products. 13. Monitoring inventory and restocking supplies. 14. Participating in training and development programs. 15. Adhering to company policies and procedure.

Ability to lift,carry and move heavy objects (depending on factory). Must have good communication skills . Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with coworkers. Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery. Must have physical stamina and endurance. Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
