- Coordinate and schedule transportation for riders - Manage and optimize routes and logistics - Communicate with riders, drivers, and other stakeholders - Provide excellent customer service and support - Monitor and report on movement efficiency and issues - Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations

- 1-2 years of experience in transportation coordination or a related field - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in GPS tracking and logistics software (desirable) - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
