Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with the school’s goals and target audience. Plan and schedule content across various platforms including social media, blogs, and the school’s website. Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content such as blog posts, social media posts, videos, and tutorials. Collaborate with the beauty studio and school staff to capture and highlight treatments, student work, and events. Manage and grow the school and shop social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a community around the brand

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.G., adobe creative suite, canva, final cut pro). Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Understanding of seo and content optimization techniques.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or similar role in the beauty and fashion industry.
