Hire and train new employees, organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks, pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa, monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching, and many others.

You should have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to learn a variety of jobs descriptions, good knowledge of ms office, familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field.
